Osgood-Schlatter Disease shown on a 3-D Color HD X-Ray Medical Image

Many common Orthopaedic Problems can now be seen on Color 3-D X-Ray and MRI Medical Images. Medical Media Images has created the technology and methods to convert ordinary Black and White Radiology Medical Images into stunning 3-D HD Color Medical Illustrations.
Each Image is first converted to High Definition (HD) and then converted to Color and 3-D. MMI is the only company worldwide with the expertise to create Color 3-D HD Radiology Images.
This specific Image shows a patient's Knee from the side. Below the Knee joint, the area of the Tibia affected by Osgood Schlatter Disease is shown in red. A large "bone spur" has formed. The reason for this bone growth is typically bone irritation from the patellar tendon. This tendon attaches to the front of the Tibia, known as the Tibial Tuberosity. Frequent stress of the tendon from sports activities is thought to be a reason for this condition. This Color X-Ray Medical Image shows a case of severe Osgood Schlatter Disease.
